• 2 oz Gamle Ode Dill Aquavit
  • .75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz Selzter
  • 8 Mint Leaves

Instructions: Build all ingredients in a shaker but the seltzer and shake over ice. Place 6 of the mint leaves in bottom of collins glass and draw up the sides of the glass with a bar spoon to cover the inside of the glass with mint oil. Fill collins glass with ice. Double strain cocktail into glass and top with seltzer. Slap mint sprigs to awaken the aromas and insert them into the cocktail and then shake two dashes of Angostura bitters over the top.

Garnish: 2 Mint Sprigs and 2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
