• 1½ oz Gamle Ode Celebration on Rye
  • ½ oz Tattersall Sour Cherry Liqueur
  • ¼ oz Lime
  • ¾ oz Pineapple Juice
  • ½ oz Pistachio Syrup*
  • ½ oz Banana Syrup**
  • 2 oz Seltzer

Instructions: Shake all ingredients except seltzer briefly with ice. Add seltzer to tin, pour entire contents of tin (including ice) into glass, and garnish.

Glass: Tall Tiki glass or Collins

Garnish: Filthy Cherry and Dried Lime Wheel

*Pistachio Syrup:

Using a vitamix, blend 1 quart Simple Syrup and 50 grams Pistachios for on high for three minutes. Strain through chinois, then strain again through cheesecloth or hops bag. Refrigerate.

**Banana Syrup:

Dice 600 grams of overripe banana, leaving the skin on. Add to 20 oz of water, then bring to a boil. Remove from heat, let stand for five minutes. Strain, add 20 grams granulated sugar, whisk until sugar is dissolved. Refrigerate.
