- 2 oz Gamle Ode Celebration on Rye
- ¾ oz Burnt Honey Syrup (1 part Burnt Sugar, 1 part Honey, 2 parts water)
- ¾ oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Dropper Bittercube Orange Bitters
Instructions: Shake all ingredients with ice, double strain into glass and garnish.
Garnish: Chamomille flowers and/or Bee Pollen
